The following contract is for legal services between the Client and DelNero Law, PLLC, further referred to as "The Firm." Please read carefully and contact Firm directly with any questions.

Fee Agreement For Legal Services

1). The Firm shall represent the Client solely in the matter(s) indicated on the Client intake form.

2). I understand that the fee paid for legal representation is a flat fee and that this shall be considered earned upon receipt of payment.

3). I understand that I will remain responsible for the payment of any court costs, fines, or fees as determined by the Court.

4). I understand that no promises have been made to me about the outcome of my case. Any legal advice given to me is not a guarantee to achieve a certain result.

5). I understand the process of retaining the Firm is not complete until I have submitted this form as well as my payment for legal representation. I understand that once both of these are complete my case will be added to the Firm's schedule.

Waiver Of Appearance And Authority To Enter Plea

The Client, pursuant to N.C.G.S. §15A-1011 (a)(3), hereby waives his/her right to appear in person in this action.

I hereby retain the services of DelNero Law, PLLC, and I authorize my attorney to represent me in District Court. My attorney is authorized to act on my behalf and to request a continuance or enter into a plea agreement, in his discretion, without my appearance in court. I understand that I am solely responsible for the payment of any court costs or fines as determined by the Court.
